Fiber Optic Pigtail - TGlass
A fibre optic pigtail is a section of single-mode fibre optic cable terminated with a connector on one end and a stripped fibre on the other. Pigtails are commonly used in the construction of FTTx subscriber networks. They are employed in patch panels, splice enclosures, and subscriber boxes.
The cable sheath is made of LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) material, which does not emit harmful gases in the event of a fire. The use of G.657A2 fibres ensures a small bending radius, with an outer diameter limit of 7.5 mm.
