MON-1000 is a compact optical node with a very high RF output level, widely used in FTTB and RFoG networks. It was created for transmission of DOCSIS 3.1. The bandwidth of the forward path is 1218MHz. The removable DPF filter allows you to adjust the width of the return path.

The MON-1000 is equipped with the BURST MODE laser action activation mechanism. The return path optical transmitter is turned on at the moment of detected modem transmission. The level of the transmitter activation is at 72 / 82dBμV (adjustable) on the input port of the optical node. Thanks to this mechanism, the operator can connect several nodes through the optical splitter, depending on the network topology, and transmit the signal via one fiber to one optical reverse channel receiver (US) in the headend. This functionality also helps to reduce the noise floor level received in the return path receiver.

MON-1000 is equipped with the autolink functionality, which allows for uninterrupted adjustment of the attenuation and slope parameters.

MON-1000 is partly, remotely controlled thanks to HDTIP technology.
