WPW, WPG - IEC shielded straight connectors
The WPW and WPG connectors are intended for the detachable, multiple connections of coaxial high frequency (RF) cables to electronic equipment fitted with IEC sockets, e.g. subscriber sockets, television receivers, audio-video modulators, etc. (RF) with electronic devices fitted with IEC sockets, e.g. subscriber sockets, television receivers, audio-video modulators, etc.
The connector body is cast from light alloys, which ensures high mechanical stability and very good shielding. A coaxial cable is screwed into the threaded hole of the body with the braid turned up over its outer jacket. The connection of the connector to the inner conductor is automatic (pressure mechanism), without soldering.
The plug connectors are offered in two versions: WPW as an 'IEC' - 'male' plug and WPG as an 'IEC' - 'female' plug.
