TELKOM-TELMOR in the Companies Relay Race!
On the hot Sunday afternoon on the 4th of October, we saw the launch of the 2nd Companies Relay Race - an event organised especially for the employees of Pomeranian companies.
At exactly 12:00 PM, the first set of athletes begun the race. The start, change and finish zones were located on the race track on the athletics stadium at the Physical Education and Sports Academy in Gdańsk, with the route running around the main buildings of the university.
Our team also took part in the race! Our colleagues had to run the total distance of 15 km (2x2.5km and 2x5km) and did a very good job! Despite particularly hot weather for October, they delivered the baton to the finish line. Along the way, they were cheered on by their colleagues and professional cheerleaders.
We are taking part next year as well! The Companies Relay Race is an excellent opportunity to integrate with our colleagues in a competitive spirit. It would be a shame to miss it.
