TELKOM-TELMOR hailed as the Super Employer 2015
On 25 January, an official award ceremony was held to honour the winners of the Super Employer 2015 contest, organised by the District Employment Office in Gdańsk. The contest has been organised since 2011, with the aim to promote active and socially responsible employers.
The Super Employers are chosen in three categories: between small, medium and large enterprises. It is not only figures, such as the number of declared posts or employees, that are taken into account here - but also social programmes and social responsibility of business.
This year, the jury awarded the title of the Super Employer in the Large Enterprise category to our company. It is a very important award, which validates our efforts to provide the best possible working conditions and proves that we are following the right path. This award is an additional boost to us to continue working on improving the work organisation and to further develop our social programmes.
