GENERAL TERMS OF WARRANTY OF GZT TELKOM-TELMOR Sp. z o.o.

The goods purchased in GZT TELKOM-TELMOR Sp. z o.o. are warranted for quality, two-year long in the case of end customers (consumers) or one-year for institutional customers, ranging from the purchase date specified on the purchase receipt, unless a separate agreement with the customer provides otherwise.

Liability under the warranty covers only defects in material and workmanship. The warranty covers particularly hidden defects in material or manufacturing defects of equipment used in accordance with their purpose and service manual, found in the period specified in point 1 or 4, and the benefit may be provided by free repair or replacement of defective equipment with equipment without defects, according to the manufacturer's choice.

Advertised equipment purchased in GZT TELKOM-TELMOR Sp. z o.o. along with the description of defect or cause of complaint should be delivered to the manufacturer's office, 80-245 GdaĆsk, Mickiewicza Street 5/7, with the note "Service", (contact: phone 58-069-90-360, 58-069-90-341), ensuring that the provided equipment had intact seals with serial numbers of the Manufacturer, and that the packaging ensured integrity of the equipment during loading, transport and unloading.

If the equipment proves to be operational, the customer bears the full costs for conducted technical examination, transportation and, in special cases, shipping insurance and customs duties.

If the customer does not present the purchase receipt (warranty card, invoice, etc.), the warranty period begins on the date of equipment manufacture and expires 3 years from the date of manufacture.

In the event of a complaint, the manufacturer is obliged to make warranty repairs as soon as possible or to inform the customer about the time and any costs within 14 working days from the date of delivering the equipment to the manufacturer's service point.

If the warrantor provided the warranty holder with item without defects instead of defective item or made significant repairs to the item covered by the warranty, the warranty period begins anew from the date of delivery of the item without defects or return of the repaired items. In other cases, the warranty period is extended by the period during which the warranty holder could not use the item due to its defects.

The warranty does not cover the equipment defect, which arise from:

factors beyond the manufacturer's control,

mechanical damage,
-
use that is not in accordance with the service manual or the equipment purpose,

random events, including lightning discharge, fire, flood or water damage, impact of high temperatures and chemical agents,
-
improper installation and configuration (not according to the manual), including inadequate power supply, connection of external devices that may damage the product and defects, of which the purchaser was informed when purchasing the equipment at a lowered price (description of defect in the invoice).

Warranty does not cover the possibility of applying for reimbursement of profits lost due to the equipment defect.

The absence of label with the serial number of manufacturer on the equipment or detection of interference by third parties in the construction of the equipment (unauthorized alterations, repairs)always cause the loss of warranty rights.
